What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
To rent a vehicle, you will generally need a valid driver’s license. All drivers must be over 22 years of age, have a major credit card in the renter’s name, and proof of insurance if applicable. Additional documentation may be required depending on the rental type and driver eligibility. Our team will gladly review the requirements with you before confirming your reservation.
Is insurance included with the rental?
Insurance options vary depending on your personal auto insurance coverage, your credit card benefits, and the rental requirements. We offer additional protection products as well. Our team will help you understand your coverage options and recommend the solution that best fits your needs.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes. Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend contacting our office as soon as possible if you need additional time, to ensure uninterrupted use of your vehicle and to make the necessary arrangements.
Do you offer long-term rentals?
Absolutely. Equality Car & Truck Rental specializes in flexible rental solutions daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term for individuals, businesses, contractors, and insurance replacement customers. Custom pricing may be available for extended rental periods.
Are there mileage limits?
All rentals include 200 kilometers per day as part of the standard package. For customers who need additional mileage, we’re happy to offer customized rental solutions tailored to your travel needs. Our team will review all mileage options and limits with you before confirming your reservation, ensuring a transparent, hassle-free experience.
Do you work directly with insurance companies?
Yes. We regularly assist customers who need a replacement vehicle while their personal vehicle is being repaired following an accident or insurance claim. We work closely with insurers, repair shops, and customers to help keep you moving with minimal disruption.
Do you provide fleet management services?
Yes. In addition to vehicle rentals, Equality offers fleet management and transportation solutions for businesses and organizations.
